Nestainer Rack

The nestainer rack plays the role of a movable rack that is nestable and facilitates bulk storage often used for warehouse storage and distribution of logistics functions.
Nestainers can stack heavy objects in high places and store them in multiple layers. They can be freely arranged, easy moved and designed stackable storage to save space. Using a special method, 82% of the tracks are overlaid on 90%. The load on the two rails can be evenly distributed over the four posts. The bigger the load, the more stable it is, and it can play an outstanding role in shaking such as earthquakes.

Stacking Pallet

The stacking pallets are simple ways to stack products safely. Most products stored on wooden pallets are unable to stack due to the weights involved. A stacking pallet rack allows the pallet to be sat on the pallet base which can then be stacked up to 4-6 high.

Wire formed stackable pallet retention unit to fit standard 1200mm x 1000mm timber pallet to create stackable cage pallet approximately 1000mm overall height. With a half drop gate on one long side and finished in bright electro-zinc plate, this pallet cage has been load tested suitable for 800kg uniformly distributed load stackable four units high using good quality full perimeter base timber pallets. This is a fully collapsible unit and folds flat for empty storage and transportation good for retail and supermarkets and warehouse storage.
