Our step wire mesh decks are standard for pallet rack storage, and the most popular design type. They are made to fit standard step beams, and offer the greatest strength compared to our other types of wire decks. Waterfall edges on the front and rear are standard, and provide extra security.
Wire mesh decking provides a strong and durable deck to store your products on. It is less expensive and stronger than wood decking, allows for better lighting and ventilation in the workplace, provides more efficient overhead sprinkler coverage, and is maintenance free. Wire decking is ideal for storage above walk aisles or high bay rack systems as a “safety net” should any loose product falls from its pallet.

The wire mesh dividers are custom-made in a variety of sizes. They are designed with a “candy cane” shaped hook that allows them to hang from wire decking on pallet rack beam level above. Pallet rack vertical dividers are designed to match the depth of your uprights (AKA beam level or shelf) and the clearance between your beam levels.

F channel wire mesh decking
Type: Flared/ universal wire deck
Our flared wire mesh decks offer a universal flared-end channel support, and can be used for structural channel beams, box beams, and step beams with non-standard step sizes. Flared wire decks are also known as flanged wire decks, and offer less strength than standard step decking. The flared style wire deck uses a channel with a flattened end that rest on top of the beam surface, while the step style’s channel rests on top of the step beam. Waterfall edges provide extra security.
